Classes are designed for you and your baby from newborn to pre-crawling. The strokes are gradually introduced over 5 sessions so baby becomes used to touch. Each session covers the massage routine and allows time to discuss topics such as respect and bonding, recognizing baby's cues, crying, colic, and adaptations for the growing child.
Individual Instruction
Individual instruction is available to parents who prefer one-on-one sessions in the comfort of their home at a time that suits them. Classes focus on you and your baby's personal needs.
Group Classes
Private group bookings are available to mother's groups or friends who already have a meeting place organized. Group size is limited to 6.
